Google Ads management
Your account, worked on every morning.
Most accounts we audit have 30 to 50% of budget going to searches that will never convert. Finding that money and moving it is a daily job, not a quarterly one, and it is what the $500 pays for.
$500
per month, flat
No setup fee, no percentage of spend, no long term contract. The account stays in your name from day one.

The process
Six steps, and the first four take a week
Nothing here is padded to justify a retainer. Discovery starts on day one and the campaigns are live inside a normal working week.
Discovery
Your services, your margins, your service area and your competition. If there is an existing account we read the whole thing, including what was tried before and quietly abandoned.
Campaign architecture
Exact and phrase match keywords with extensive negative lists from the start, tight ad groups, and three to five responsive search ads in each one so there is something real to test.
Conversion tracking
Calls, forms and GA4, wired and tested before a single dollar spends. This is where most agencies fail their clients, and it is the reason their reporting cannot be trusted.
Launch
Campaigns go live and get watched closely through the first 48 hours, which is when a bad match type or a missing negative does the most damage.
Daily optimization
Search term review every day, negatives added, winners promoted, budget pulled off anything that is not booking work.
Monthly reporting
A plain English report and a call with the person who actually runs the account, not a dashboard link and a ticketing system.
Campaign build
Built tight on purpose
Broad match with a thin negative list is the single most common reason an account bleeds money. We start from the opposite end.
- Exact and phrase match keywords, not broad by default
- Extensive negative keyword lists in place before launch
- Tight ad groups so the ad matches the search
- Three to five responsive search ads per ad group
- Manual CPC or Target CPA while the data is thin
- Smart Bidding only after 30 or more conversions of clean data
- Call, sitelink, callout and structured snippet extensions
- Location and image extensions where they earn their place
Handing an account to Smart Bidding before the conversion data is clean teaches Google to buy the wrong thing, efficiently. That is why the bidding stays manual until there is something worth learning from. Plain English glossary if any of this is unfamiliar.
Tracking
Where most agencies fail their clients
If the tracking is wrong, every decision made on top of it is wrong too, and the reports still look confident.
Calls
Dynamic number insertion swaps the number on the page so we know which campaign, ad group and keyword produced the call. Calls of 60 seconds or longer are counted as qualified leads, which keeps wrong numbers and hang ups out of the data.
Forms and everything else
Form submissions fire as real conversion events, not page loads. Conversions import into GA4 so the paid data sits alongside everything else, and Local Services Ads are tracked separately so the two channels never get credited for the same lead.
The daily work
The search term report is the whole game
Reviewing search terms is the single highest impact daily action in a Google Ads account, and it is the first thing that gets skipped when one manager is holding thirty accounts.
Search terms reviewed, negatives added, and budget pulled off queries that were never going to book work.
Quality Score, ad copy and landing page relevance reviewed together, because they move the same number.
Total leads, cost per lead by campaign, ad spend, return on ad spend, and the top performing keywords and ads.
The comparison
The same work, minus the retainer
Most agencies
$2,500 to $5,000 per month- An account juggled alongside thirty others, logged into roughly once a month
- Optimizations that are mostly bid tweaks
- Search terms reviewed quarterly, if ever
- Smart Bidding switched on early to save management time
- Six to twelve month contracts, and the account is often in their name
- Reports built in a tool, not in plain English
RYN Digital
$500 per month, flat- Search term review every day, not every quarter
- Quality Score, negatives and ad copy reviewed weekly
- Three to five responsive search ads per ad group, tested continuously
- Manual bidding until there are 30 or more clean conversions
- Cancel anytime with 30 days notice, account stays in your name
- A plain English report and a monthly call with the person doing the work

Questions
The ones everybody asks
How can Google Ads management be $500 a month?
AI does the daily repetitive work: search term cleanups, Quality Score checks, asset tests. We pass the savings on instead of billing $5,000 for it. The strategy, the judgment calls and the sign off are still a person.
Is the $500 on top of my ad spend?
Yes. The $500 is the management fee. Your ad budget goes directly to Google and stays entirely yours to set. We do not take a percentage of it, which means we have no incentive to talk you into spending more.
How long until campaigns are live?
Three to five business days from kickoff. Day one and two is discovery and market research, day two and three is the campaign build plus conversion tracking, then launch. The tracking is tested before anything spends.
Will you use Performance Max?
Only where it earns its place, and never as the whole account. Performance Max hides the search terms, which removes the one report that makes daily optimization possible. Search campaigns come first and stay first.
I am already running ads. Do you rebuild or fix?
The audit answers that. Sometimes the structure is sound and the account just needs negatives and tracking. Sometimes it is built on broad match with no negative list and rebuilding is faster than untangling. You will see which one it is before you commit.
Who owns the account?
You do. It stays in your name and you can log in at any time. If you leave, nothing moves and nothing gets taken with us. You revoke our access in one click.
