Your account looks fine. The phone still isn’t ringing.
RYN Digital manages Google Ads for home services, healthcare, pet services, legal and financial businesses at $1,000 per month flat, with one client per metro and no annual contract.
What separates us is diagnostic work. Most agencies run the same optimization checklist, and that checklist is genuinely necessary, but it is also why an account can look healthy in every report while the phone stays quiet. The defects that actually stop a lead from reaching you are usually one-off faults nobody thought to check for. Finding those is the job.

RYN charges $1,000 per month flat, regardless of ad spend. The two common alternatives are a percentage of ad spend, typically 15 to 20 percent, and a tiered retainer, typically $1,500 to $5,000 per month. On a $6,000 monthly ad budget the flat fee and the percentage model cost about the same. The difference is what happens after that. A percentage agency earns more when you spend more. We earn the same whether your spend rises, holds, or falls because we found waste and cut it. Against a 15 percent agency the flat fee is cheaper above roughly $6,700 in monthly ad spend, and against 20 percent above $5,000.
| Model | Fee on $6,000 spend | Fee if spend doubles | Incentive |
|---|---|---|---|
| RYN flat fee | $1,000 | $1,000 | Improve results at the same spend |
| 15 to 20% of ad spend | $900 to $1,200 | $1,800 to $2,400 | Increase your spend |
| Tiered retainer | $1,500 to $5,000 | $1,500 to $5,000 | Move you up a tier |
Percentage and retainer ranges are typical published agency pricing. RYN pricing is our own. See Google Ads Help for how spend and bidding interact.
Because the standard optimization checklist can be completed correctly and still miss the fault. Negative keywords, bid strategy, budget pacing and ad copy tests all get done, all get reported, and none of them detect a conversion action set to the wrong status or a form that silently discards submissions.
Two weeks · Zero recorded leads
It still records, but it does not count in the Conversions column and it does not feed automated bidding. In one account we worked on, conversions had shown zero for two weeks and a developer team was booked to rebuild the tracking. The website was working perfectly. A single setting inside the ad account had been switched, so leads had been arriving the whole time while the bidding learned from a campaign that appeared to convert zero times.
Fixing it took one click. Finding it took knowing that the obvious answer was wrong.
Every submission · Silently discarded
The page submits, thanks the visitor, and the server returns a success code, while the response body carries a rejection. Every submission is discarded before it reaches an inbox. No report shows this. The account looks like it has a conversion rate problem, and the standard advice would be to test new landing pages. We found it by filling the form out and watching what the page actually did with the data.
You cannot audit your way to this. You have to use the thing like a customer would.
In 2026 US benchmarks, a Google Ads lead runs about $228 in roofing, $85 in HVAC and $76 in plumbing. Local Services Ads produce leads considerably cheaper in every one of those trades, which means a contractor running search ads alone is paying more per lead than necessary.
| Trade | Google Ads CPL | Local Services Ads CPL | Difference |
|---|---|---|---|
| Roofing | $228.15 | $162.00 | $66.15 |
| HVAC | $84.92 | $51.00 | $33.92 |
| Plumbing | $76.40 | $57.00 | $19.40 |
| Electrical | $35 to $150 | $39.00 | Varies |

Three steps, and you can stop after any one of them. The audit is free and yours to keep even if you never hire us.
We review your ads, your landing page and your tracking the way a customer would, then write up what is broken, what it costs, and how to fix each item. Free. Hand it to your current agency if you prefer.
If you want it fixed rather than filed, we do it in the first month. Call tracking wired in, conversions firing correctly, the form actually delivering, Local Services Ads set up if you are missing them.
The checklist work happens too, because it still has to. The difference is that someone senior is looking for what is not on the list, and tells you in plain English what changed and why.

It is for contractors already spending on Google Ads whose reporting looks acceptable while booked jobs do not follow. It is not for businesses with no ad budget yet, or anyone who wants a guaranteed lead count in writing.
Harham Maeng, Director of Marketing at RYN Digital. The same person who audits your account fixes it and answers when you call. Both findings above were reached the same way, by refusing to accept the obvious explanation and checking it instead, and that method does not survive being handed to a rotating account manager.

No call needed. We review your ads, your landing page and your tracking, and write up what we find with screenshots. If it is useful and you want it fixed, we will talk. If you take the list to whoever runs your ads now, that is a fine outcome too.
