One of the twelve, in full.

This is the City's permit file for one home on the 3000 block of Isaac River Drive. It names the company that changed out the AC in August 2009. No AC permit has been filed at that address since.

Hit rates by score tier are not published yet. For a baseline: a random Las Vegas home had a new AC permit within four years 7.6 percent of the time.

The record supplies the install year and the installer. The Assessor file supplies sale dates and improvement value. The score adds them up the same way for every home, so you can see why one ranks above another.

Limits

Roughly one in three to one in five AC replacements leaves a permit. Homes with no record are not on the list.

Questions

Questions contractors ask.

Where does the data come from?

City of Las Vegas building permit records, matched to the Clark County Assessor parcel file on the street address.

How far do the records reach?

Every list shows the date of the newest permit record it includes. The current list build (September 30, 2026) reaches permits issued through September 25, 2026. The permit board and ZIP pages use a separate pull of City open data, with permits issued through September 30, 2026.

Who else can buy the AC list?

Two contractors per list in Las Vegas, so at most one other contractor has it.

What is in the free sample?

Twelve real records from one square mile of Sun City Summerlin, shown by street block, each with its full permit history. The app sample shows 25 more homes in one block with their exact addresses.

Do I get the exact address?

Yes. Public pages show the street block only (9300 block of Sun Rose Ave means a home numbered 9300 to 9399). Subscribers get the exact street address of every home on their list, with the owner as recorded, the last sale month and every permit on file.

Can I put the aerial photos in my mailers?

No. Aerial images are for you, to plan visits and quotes. They never go into anything sent to a homeowner.

What if I already serve some of these homes?

Paste your customer addresses into Hide my customers. They are marked on the list rather than deleted, so you can see what matched.

What about homes with no permit on record?

They are not on the list. A home with nothing on record may have been replaced without a permit, and Lead Map does not guess.
