Each list is billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay.
Seats
Each list is sold to at most two contractors in Las Vegas.
Using the data
- Lists are for your own company’s marketing. No resale and no sharing outside your company.
- Aerial images are for planning your visits and quotes. They never go into anything sent to a homeowner.
- Follow the mail, door-to-door and telemarketing rules that apply to you.
What the data is
City of Las Vegas building permit records matched to the Clark County Assessor parcel file. Each list shows the date of its newest permit record. Roughly one in three to one in five replacements leaves a permit, and homes with no record are not on the list.
