About this board
What you are looking at.
Is this real data?
Yes. Every row is a permit issued between October 1, 2025 and September 30, 2026, from four public sources: 15,965 from the City of Las Vegas open data portal (retrieved October 8, 2026), 11,190 from the City of Henderson open data portal, 20,726 from the Building Issued Permits report Clark County publishes on its Citizen Access site, and 3,015 from the City of North Las Vegas public permit search (all three retrieved October 12, 2026). Cancelled permits are left out.
Which areas are on the board?
The City of Las Vegas, the City of Henderson, unincorporated Clark County (Spring Valley, Paradise, Enterprise, Summerlin South, Sunrise Manor, Whitney, Winchester and the County's outlying towns) and North Las Vegas. Boulder City and Mesquite are not on the board yet.
Where do the Clark County rows come from?
From the Building Issued Permits report Clark County publishes on its Citizen Access site, pulled one month at a time. The board keeps AC and furnace change-outs, duct replacements, water heaters, re-pipes, softeners, panel and gas work, solar, pools and patio covers, and leaves out new-home construction and commercial build-outs. The report lists the property owner; the board does not keep owner names. It names the contractor but gives no license number, so one company can show under two spellings. A batch of identical commercial permits at one address counts as one row.
Why are there so few North Las Vegas HVAC permits?
The North Las Vegas public permit search does not list AC change-out permits, and it does not name the contractor on any permit. The board shows the North Las Vegas water heater, solar, electrical, plumbing and pool permits the search does list, with no company named.
Why do so many Henderson rows say no contractor is named?
Henderson's open data leaves the contractor blank on most AC and water heater replacement permits. The board shows what the record holds and does not guess.
Why are there no full addresses or owner names?
This board is public, so it shows the street block only: 9300 block of Sun Rose Ave means a home numbered 9300 to 9399. It leaves out owner names and permit numbers. Subscribers see the exact address of every home on their list in the app.
Why is there no job value?
Most of these are over-the-counter permits with a nominal value: 4,569 of the 4,589 City of Las Vegas HVAC permits declare $500, and Clark County's simple permits carry no value at all. A value that small says little about job size, so the board leaves it out.
Are these leads?
No. A recent permit means the work was just done. The AC list is the other end of the record: homes whose last AC permit is years old, with nothing filed since.
What does the ZIP column mean?
The ZIP code of the street segment the permit sits on, from the street centerline. For new streets not on the centerline yet it comes from the Henderson parcel file or the Clark County street locator, and otherwise from the permit.
Why are some permits not on the map?
A dot needs a street the centerline or the County locator knows. Brand-new streets and a few addresses typed with extra words cannot be placed yet. They stay in the list with their street block and ZIP.
The AC list
The list adds what this board cannot show.
The AC list covers homes in the City of Las Vegas. Install age from each home's full permit history, the Assessor sale date and improvement value, the score, and one tap to mark each home mailed, knocked, quoted or won. $499 a month, two contractors per list.
